“ A pretty big Chinese restaurant serving many types of delicacies. Restaurant is old but well maintained,place is clean and service is top notch.--4* We wanted to try their suckling piglet but was told they only sell whole piglet. Only two of us so we decided to try their Peking Duck. The skin is crisp with duck fats aroma, dipping sauce is tad watery in viscosity. The dough skin is pretty soft but the spring onion is young and crunchy. Presentation is not that enticing but taste wise is not too bad.The duck meat is fried in black pepper sauce which is very average --4* The Shark Find is braised with this delicious broth, it is tasty and well balance. --4.5* Not a bad choice if you are tire of Thai foods in Hat Yai. ”
